What is intellectual property There is no definition of legal intellectual property in Polish law. It is only from the Intellectual Property Organization drawn up in Stockholm on July , that intellectual property means rights relating to: literary, artistic and scientific works; interpretations by interpreters and performances Performers, phonograms and radio and television programs; inventions in all fields of human activity; scientific discoveries; industrial designs; trademarks and service marks, as phone number list well as trade names and trade marks; protection against unfair competition and all other rights relating to intellectual activities in the industrial, scientific, literary and artistic fields. Thus, taking into account the above and the provisions of the Act of February , on copyright and related rights and the Act of June , - Industrial Property Law, from which it should be indirectly concluded that intellectual property is nothing else as a set of creative goods resulting from the creative work of a human being the creator of a specific work or product.
